Every price enquiry answered in seconds
Quoteline replies to buyers on the channels they already use, works out the quote from your own price list, and passes the deal to your team when a person should decide.
At 11:40 pm, the buyer still gets an answer
Most buyers go with the first business that replies with a price. Quoteline answers day and night, asks for the details a quote needs, and keeps the conversation going until it is won or lost.
Your price list sets every figure
The pricing engine works out every line, discount, delivery fee and GST from the list you publish. The AI never writes a price, and a reply with a figure the engine did not produce is blocked.
Your team stays in charge
For the first two weeks you approve every reply. Then you switch on autopilot for the kinds of message it gets right, one at a time. Complaints, discounts and anything unusual always come to a person.
A price in under a minute, with the details right
The assistant asks only what the quote needs: the date, how many, delivery or collection. Then it sends a quotation with every line priced, the total with GST and a link to accept it.
- Asks, then quotes. It never guesses a date, a quantity or an address.
- Checks your calendar before offering a slot, and holds it while the quote is open.
- Says it is an assistant and hands over to a person whenever the buyer asks.

The checks that protect your business are written into the platform, and a person stays accountable for every decision that matters.
- 12 checks on every reply before it is sent: figures, scope, links, personal data and more.
- Each business's records are kept apart. Every query is bound to one business and tested for leaks.
- Attacked on purpose. 19/19 hostile chat messages refused; 12 security findings fixed and published.
- A full audit trail. Every reply, quote, approval and price change, with who did it and when.

You decide when it can answer alone
For the first 14 days the assistant drafts and you approve. Every edit you make is recorded. When a kind of message, such as price questions, goes out unchanged nine times in ten, you can switch it to autopilot.
- One kind of message at a time, with spot checks while it is on probation.
- If quality drops, it switches back to copilot on its own and tells you why.
- Complaints, discounts and requests for a person always come to your team.

What business owners ask first
Does the AI decide the prices?
No. Every price comes from the price list you publish, worked out by the platform's pricing engine. The assistant reads the result. A reply that contains a figure the engine did not produce is blocked before it is sent.
What happens when the assistant is unsure?
It hands the conversation to your team with a reason, such as "allergen not on record" or "discount above your limit". Buyers are told a person will reply. Nothing is promised that you have not set up.
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You connect your existing WhatsApp Business number through Meta's own sign-up. Telegram uses a bot you create, and email works by forwarding your sales address.
How long does setting up take?
Most businesses finish the setup guide in an afternoon. The longest step is checking your price list. The first 14 days run in copilot mode, where you approve every reply before it goes out.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you have added a card and your business details, the plan you chose starts and the first invoice is charged that day. If not, the assistant keeps working for 7 more days, then pauses: it still drafts replies but staff must approve each one. Nothing is deleted.
Is my customers' data safe?
Each business's records are kept apart and every query is bound to that business. Customer data is used only to answer that customer. We test the portal against outside attacks and against hostile messages through the chat, and publish the results on the Trust page.
